Shipping Rates

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Estimated processing times:

  • Europe & Japan: typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom & Canada: typically processed within 5–10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal periods.

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

  • UPS Express in all markets
  • Japan: orders are delivered via JapanPost or EMS
